WHO WE ARE
Professional Briefings is led by founding partners Rosemary McMahon and Gavin Peacock. We operate as a close knit team with our staff, all of whom have worked with us for many years and share our philosophy, in order to ensure a seamless and flexible approach to event management.
We have also built up long standing relationships with service providers such as designers and audio-visual companies who understand the requirements of our client base and can suggest innovative but cost effective ways to enhance an event.
In addition to our headquarters office located in Hertfordshire, we have bases in central London and Yorkshire.
We can provide a complete range of support services, including budget control, website creation, delegate registration processing, venue sourcing and contracting, liaison with speakers, exhibitors, sponsors and third party suppliers, production of delegate material and event management on site.
Each event has its unique specification and we tailor our services individually to meet our client's particular aspirations and provide guidance to enable them to concentrate on content not process in order to achieve the desired outcome.
We believe that effective event management requires far more than producing lists and timetables and ticking boxes, but demands a prompt and adaptable response to rapidly changing circumstances.
AN INDIVIDUAL APPROACH
Whilst supporting our services with up-to-date technology, we believe that an individual approach in dealing with both clients and delegates is paramount. Specific enquiries are therefore always responded to personally by a staff member rather than by an automatic response service. Last minute changes requiring swift action will often occur in the period leading up to an event and we are happy to help with enquiries and resolve problems at any time.
WORKING WITH OUR CLIENTS
We aim to establish a close, supportive working relationship with our clients from concept development through to final delivery. We understand that clients can sometimes find event organising a daunting challenge. We intend to do our best to counter this by providing a calm, reliable and unobtrusive support service to turn a potentially stressful experience into an enjoyable one.
We take a genuine and personal interest in the success of our events and never forget that a positive outcome ultimately reflects both on our clients and ourselves. Our aim is to draw on our years of experience and establish a collaborative approach to realise the vision of each client's original concept.
